Green Beans obtained from the highlands of GAYO, commonly known as GAYO COFFEE, are then roasted using the unique FAKOE-KOPI roasting technique with several roasting level variants that can be chosen according to taste, such as:

Light to Medium, Medium Roast, Medium to Dark, Dark Roast

It can also be ordered in powdered form with a choice of fineness based on the Grinding recommendation (Brewing Method) as follows:

– FINE GRIND (0-2) (Espresso, Moka Pot, Ibrik/Turkish, Tubruk)

– MEDIUM GRIND (3-5) (Pour Over, Aero Press, Drip Brewer, Siphon)

– COARSE GRIND (6-8) (Cold Drip, Cold Brew, French Press)

Characteristics commonly found in Arabica coffee: Tends to have a sour taste Very strong aroma like flowers, fruits, etc. Caffeine content around 0.8%-1.4%
